Hugo Roussille

Post-doctoral researcher, École Normale Supérieure de Lyon

Hello! I am a postdoctoral researcher at LPENSL in École Normale Supérieure de Lyon. My research focuses on modified gravity theories, and more precisely scalar-tensor theories, in which a scalar degree of freedom is added to the two tensorial degrees of freedom of General Relativity. In particular, I am working on black hole solutions and their perturbations in these theories. My current work is also oriented towards the study of other types of exact solutions in modified gravity, such as non-linear gravitational waves.

I have also published a physics lectures book, in French, for students preparing the agrégation. It is co-authored by Jules Fillette and Julien Froustey and can be found here: Physique pour l'agrégation.

Teaching

My current position at École Normale Supérieure de Lyon is « Agrégé préparateur », which implies teaching duties of 192 hours per year at master-level courses. Below, I give a summary of my teaching experience at this university and some ressources (in French) for my students. A complete summary of my teaching experience can be found in my CV.
